SINOPSIS :

Dua hari lagi,  Doug (Justin Bartha) akan segera menikah.  Untuk merayakan  hari-hari terakhir Doug sebagai bujangan, Phil (Bradley Cooper),  Stu (Ed Helms) dan Alan (Zach Galifianakis)  mengajak Doug pergi ke Las Vegas.  Tawaran menarik ini jelas tak dilewatkan Doug dan berangkatlah keempat pria ini ke Las Vegas.
Dalam waktu singkat, keempat orang yang memang berencana berpesta itu larut dalam kerasnya alkohol.
Dari sinilah semua masalah berawal dan menempatkan mereka dalam possi yang sulit. Ketika terbangun keesokan harinya,  tiga orang teman Doug ini mendapati bahwa Doug tak lagi bersama mereka.
